As part of a larger London Portfolio instruction, Mellersh and Harding act for the freeholder of two mansion blocks in Victoria, London, SW1. Comprising 44 flats, with ground floor commercial accommodation, the mansion blocks are situated close to Victoria Station. Our client purchased the properties in the 1980’s. Recently a number of the flat tenants have taken up their rights to purchase an additional term of 90 years under the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
