Mellersh and Harding were instructed to act for AM Nomikos, a Greek shipping company in advising them on a Stay vs Go option triggered by a break option in their current lease. After examining a number of alternative options and negotiating with their existing landlord, it was subsequently agreed that they will remain in 5,300 sq ft on the 3rd Floor of 12-18 Grosvenor Gardens, London, SW1 where we agreed the rent review and secured further lease flexibility and concessions from the landlord. We then subsequently negotiated with an existing tenant, Tuscan Capital, to renew their lease allowing them to expand into a larger office space. Back
