Mellersh & Harding have successfully advised National Friendly in the sale of a warehouse unit on Sherwood Business Park, Nottingham.  Let on a 10 year lease through to 2027 and subject to a tenant break in 2022, the passing rent reflected £4.45 per sq ft.   

Competitive bidding resulted in a sale to a private investor at a price in excess of the£3 million quoting figure - an initial yield of around 6.25%.
