Royal Mail Warehouse - Turnpike House

Acting on behalf of National Friendly, Mellersh & Harding have completed the sale of a modern warehouse in Ware, Hertfordshire let to the Royal Mail.

Following a successful lease renewal, Royal Mail Group Limited signed a new 10 year FR&I lease from February 2017 subject to rent review and a tenant’s break in 2022.  The increased rent of £86,250 per annum exclusive reflects £8.85 per sq ft.

Having sought offers in excess of £1.25 million, competitive bidding resulted in a sale substantially in excess of this figure.
