Following completion of the negotiations with Draper Gain
Investments on the 4th floor of 15 King Street, London SW1, now 45% of the
10,100 sq ft office building is occupied.
The first letting completed in July on the 1st
floor, where 1,500 sq ft was let to luxury gym operator Equinox. Equinox will
use their premises in 15 King Street as a marketing suite for their new gym in
the adjacent building 16 St James’s Street. In addition, the 6th
floor was let in August on a 10 year lease to financial services group Deacon
Capital.
The office element of 15 King Street was subject to an
extensive Category A refurbishment and redesign by the Crown Estate, following
full vacant possession of the offices in May 2016. The architects for the
scheme were Barr Gazetas and the main contractor was Parkeray. Mellersh &
Harding have enjoyed having an extensive role in the scheme since day one: from
working with the architects and the landlord on designs in order to appeal to
the right occupier sectors, to the full marketing campaign which launched in
June 2017.
There are now only four floors remaining available at a
quoting rent of £95.00 per sq ft.
