Contracts have been exchanged to sell two prime retail units in George Street, Hove in the sum of £1.9 million.  Mellersh & Harding acting on behalf of the institutional vendor.  The investment provided an income of £145,000 per annum exclusive from two tenants, Robert Dyas and Bonmarché.  The sale to a private investor reflected a net initial yield of 7.15%.
