Mellersh & Harding were instructed by Halkin to market the above premises where we subsequently negotiated terms to surrender their lease which expired 24th March 2021, conditional upon the re-granting of a new lease.
We subsequently negotiated terms for Kama Services UK Limited to take a new 10 year lease. The rent was agreed at £336,530 per annum exclusive and was subject to an effective rent free period of 10 months.
