HCP, a major Infrastructure management company instructed M & H to search the market for suitable premises to merge their Aldgate and Barbican offices. We subsequently negotiated terms for them to acquire the 7th floor of 24 Chiswell Street the newly refurbished office comprising 7,082 sq. ft which benefited from extensive views over the HAC ground. They entered into a new 10 year lease which was subject to a tenant break at the 5th year and agreed to pay a rent of £60.00 per sq. ft following an extensive rent free period.
