Price Forbes & Partners Limited have renegotiated their lease with The Prudential Assurance Company Limited of approximately 23,316 sq ft on the 6th and part 5th floors and acquired a further 7,300 sq ft on the remainder of the fifth floor. We advised Price Forbes in these negotiations pending a break option in their lease which resulted in them signing a Deed of Variation committing them to the building for a further 5 years at a reduced rent where they benefitted from a substantial rent free period.
