Mellersh & Harding continue to advise The Society of Chemical Industry in relation to the disposal of surplus offices at 14 – 15 Belgrave Square. 

Most recently, the part first floor, comprising 1,453 sq ft, has been let to Svenska Handelsbanken AB (Publ) for a term of 10 years at a rent of £98,804 per annum exclusive. 

There was an initial rent free period of three months’ agreed, with a further five months if they break is not exercised at the end of the 5th year.
