Following a wide ranging search for a foreign based owner occupier which included negotiations on premises in Mayfair, St James’s and Holborn, we successfully negotiated the purchase of a 125 year ground lease of 40 South Audley Street, an absolutely prime Mayfair address. We negotiated the purchase from Receivers at a price approximately 50% of that at which the property had been sold two years previously.
