Goodman House, Station Approach, Harlow

Essex County Council have bought the freehold of Goodman House a 39,450 sq ft office building adjacent to Harlow Station, from Sackville Properties. This property was leased to Windsor Life Assurance Company who as part of the transaction surrendered their lease expiring in March 2016. We introduced Essex County Council to the freeholders and negotiated the surrender of Windsor Life Assurance’s lease.
