Following The Commonwealth Secretariat restructuring their
office needs, Mellersh & Harding were instructed to dispose of their
surplus accommodation at the above.
We advised on the presenting of the office floors, which
resulted in the full refurbishment of the reception and common parts.
The 5th floor, totalling 2,334 sq ft, was
subsequently let to the solicitors Adams and Remers LLP by way of a lease until
December 2019. There remains 8,554 sq ft of available space, full details are
available on request or can be found on our website.
Quadrant House has been occupied by the Commonwealth
Secretariat for many years and comprises approximately 32,250 sq ft of air
conditioned offices. As part of our overall advice on the building, Mellersh
& Harding were also appointed to act on their behalf in negotiating their
head lease rent review with their Landlords.
As part of the negotiations, Mellersh & Harding have been
given the mandate to manage the building on behalf of the Secretariat.
