Additional Space Acquired in 110 Cannon Street for Source UK Services
We were instructed by our client Source UK Services Ltd. to acquire additional space for them at 110 Cannon Street, London EC4 and agreed terms for the 8th floor on the basis of a lease to run conterminously with their 9th floor accommodation, which we acquired some 12 months ago. The lease effectively ran for a term therefore of 9 years, incorporating a tenant’s only option to determine in 2018 at a rent of £57.50 per sq ft. A 9 month rent free period was granted with an additional 9 months if the lease is not determined.
