Prophet Media Group have acquired the ground and first floor within the above building from La Salle Investment Managers, comprising 11,000 square feet by way of a lease for a term of 10 years subject to a rent of £62.50 per square foot for the first floor and £40.00 per square foot for the ground floor, which was let in shell condition. An initial rent free period of 20 months was agreed.
