We were instructed by Jessica Kingsley Publishing Ltd to seek and acquire new offices in the Kings Cross area, and subsequently introduced them to 73 Collier Street where they signed a new lease for a term of five years from 25th June 2013 on the ground and 1st floors with a total net internal floor area of 4,861 sq ft. The rent agreed was £158,080 (£32.52 per sq ft) per annum exclusive following an initial rent free period.
