Acting on behalf of Source UK Services Limited we have acquired the entire 9th floor of fully refurbished space comprising approximately 5,753 sq ft. A new lease for a term of 10 years was granted subject to a tenant-only option to break at the expiry of the 5th year at a rent of £57.50 per sq ft. An initial 15 month rent free period was granted with a further 12 months at the beginning of the 6th year if the lease is not determined.
