Greylock completed a new lease for a term of five years, expiring on 23rd June 2017, incorporating a tenant only option to determine on 23rd June 2015 at a rent of £83,500 per annum exclusive without review. An initial rent free period of 8 months was granted with a further four months if the lease is not determined at the commencement of the fourth year.
