Acting on behalf of The Dulverton Trust we negotiated and agreed terms for JRBH Strategy & Management Ltd to complete a new lease for a term of seven years, at a rent of £65,000 per annum exclusive, excluded from sections 24-28 of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 (Part II) as amended. The lease incorporated a tenant only option to determine at the expiry of the second year and any time thereafter and a three month rent free period was granted.
