Mellersh & Harding and Tuckerman advised Hudson Advisors on a letting to Buckingham Gate Financial Services in 9-11 Grosvenor Gardens, a modern office building set behind a period façade.
This represents the eighth transaction in the building that M & H and Tuckerman have advised on and the building is now fully let following a series of vacancies over the last three years. This recent letting was timely because it assisted Hudsons in the sale process of their 109 year long leasehold interest from the Grosvenor.
Contracts exchanged in December to a private investor.
