We were instructed by J D Law LLP in relation to the disposal of their surplus office accommodation – the fourth floor of Thavies Inn House. 

After a many viewings and significant interest, the floor was let to Wilson Wright, who completed an assignment of the existing lease, held until 2017. The passing rent equated to £35.00 per sq ft.
