We were instructed by Standard Life, jointly with CBRE, in

After a proactive marketing plan the floor was let to Petrus
Advisors LLP for a term of 10 years, subject to a break option at the fifth
anniversary at a rent of £90.00 per sq ft per annum exclusive.
An initial rent free period of 8 months was agreed, with a
further 3 months should the break option not be operated.
