Mellersh & Harding acted on behalf of Sun Global Investments Ltd in relation to acquiring a new lease of the entire 5th floor at 34 Dover Street, London W1. 

Terms were agreed to take the 2,018 sq ft suite of offices for a term of 5 years. The rent agreed was £147,314 p.a. (£73 per sq ft), without review, and with a tenant’s only option to determine at the expiry of the 3rd year. An initial four month rent free period was granted, with a further two months if the break is not exercised.
