Acting on behalf of City Space Limited we orginally advised them on the acquisition of the lease of the third floor comprising of 6,900 sq ft in 2009. Due to the sale of the business we were instructed to place the property back on the market and introduced and negotiated the Principal Heads of Terms for them to grant a sublease to Adpepper Media UK Ltd for the remaining term expiring in April 2014. The lease contained mutual options to determine at anytime from April 2012.
